Hello, Connie Nichol here today with a scrapbook layout featuring a Quietfire Design stamp and an assortment of Elizabeth Craft Designs dies and patterned paper. I love using quotes on my scrapbook pages and am often inspired by the stamps I find on the Quietfire Designs website.
Elizabeth Craft Designs has just released some 6×6 paper packs featuring close up phototographs taken by Els van de Burgt of stone, wood and metal. Pretty cool idea!
For the page title, I just used the word ‘Happy’ from the Happy Anniversary die set and sponged it with some Clearsnap ink to take the edge off of the white cardstock.
The Stitched Oval dies are one of my favourite ECD sets. The sizes and shapes seem to be just right for stamped sentiments and I adore the perforated edges. A nice elegant look with no fuss. The little pail and shovel I used as a page embellishment is from the Palm Tree die set and the clouds are from the Rainbow Sky set. The ECD die sets often have a number of different dies in them, so they are very versatile! Pick and choose whichever die goes with your project.
Supplies Used: Core’dinations ColorCore cardstock, Elizabeth Craft Designs patterned paper and dies, Quietfire Design stamp, Clearsnap ink, May Arts ribbon, Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L, Brother sewing machine.
