Today I am sharing some items I made using the new Jeepers Creepers paper packet from Close To My Heart!

I happened to have recently purchased a pencil that came in a little test tube style container from Staples, an office supply store.  Part of the proceeds from these pencils go towards “Me To We” (formerly known as Free The Children), which was a program my son got involved in a couple of years ago through the middle school he was attending at the time.

Anyways, back to a closer look at my little project…

Cute, right?  The test tube could be filled with little candies, too.  And don’t you just love the little bats?  I cut them out using Black Glitter Paper and the Artbooking Cricut Cartridge, both from Close To My Heart.  For the test tube holder, I found instructions to make it here at Splitcoaststampers:  http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/resources/tutorials/testtubeholder/

The Jeepers Creepers paper packet has some pretty adorable patterned papers in it, and I thought it would also work well with making birthday cards.

For this first one, I used one of the Picture My Life style cards included in the paper packet.  I added a couple of small googly eyes to the purple monster.

On my second card, I used the new Gift Thin Cuts Dies, and also added a bunch of small googly eyes to the Tangerine coloured gift.

For my last card, I added some large googly eyes to the purple monsters.  They just add the perfect little touch to a juvenile card, don’t you think?
