Hi, Connie Nichol here today with a bright and cheerful scrapbook page featuring Close to my Heart products.
My kids and I travelled to Germany last summer with friends and had the best time. And took a lot of pictures. Ha! You’ll be seeing a of them as I slowly get them scrapbooked.
This layout started with the Happy thin cuts die from CTMH.
I coloured the die cut with Chameleon alcohol ink markers
and then added three coats of Ranger clear embossing powder to make the words glossy and dimensional. You can see how to do this step by step in the Creative Scrapbooker Technique Taster’s Web Show #105
It’s easy to do and looks very cool.
I used patterned paper from the Close To My Heart Adventure Fundamentals line – so bright and colourful – and coordinating die cuts from the Good Life Fundamentals packet.
This layout was easy to put together, just add some journaling and a bit of twine and done! Another layout for your album. Happy Scrapbooking!
Supplies Used: CTMH patterned paper, cardstock, die cuts, twine, Chameleon pens, Ranger embossing powder.
