Hello everyone Tracy McLennon here today sharing my Mermaid layout. 
This photo is just a perfect match for this stunning Heartfelt Creations collection – Under The Sea.
I created simple layers with these stunningly vibrant patterned papers. 
I used my flower shaping tools from Heartfelt Creations to shape the floral images that I fussy cut from patterned paper.
I then added Prills using my Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L Dual tip glue pen, for a tiny bit of texture.

I free hand cut the seaweed pieces on the left hand side of my layout. I added a little sparkle and shine, first using this layers of smooch. Once dry I then added Stickles for the sparkle.
