It is always a treat to have our very own designer Kelly Klapstein on our web show Technique Tasters #114 – Making Waves and Words with the Brother ScanNCut.

On this show, Kelly will walk you through a variety of different techniques she used to create this Bon Voyage card. The techniques include – stamping, drawing and cutting with the Brother ScanNCut, creative lettering AND the addition of BoBunny Glitter Paste – which just happens to be a personal favourite of mine. Thanks Kelly!

Kelly put together a variety of different products to create the title, the stamped image and my favourite – the glitter wave at the bottom of the card.

The Brother ScanNCut cut out AND drew a number of elements on this card. You definitely want to check out how the ScanNCut also draws with just about any pen.

BoBunny patterned paper along with some fabulous glitter paste was used to create the textured wave.

The beautiful stamped heart is from the Stampin’ Up! Pop Of Paradise rubber stamp set. Kelly also used Stampin’ Up! ink to stamp the image.

Finally, Kelly pulled out her Tombow Dual Brush pens (these work perfectly with the Brother ScanNCut!)  and adhesives to add the title and to stick everything into place.
