Hello, Connie Nichol here today with a layout that features some adorably funny Art Impressions stamps. These stamps always brings a huge smile to my face. Although I’m sure they are most often used to make cards, why not use them to embellish a scrapbook layout? I had the perfect photograph to go with a stamp of three friends drinking wine!

Stamps Used
Here’s the Art Impressions stamp sets I used. I had two sets of funny wine stamps in my stash and I wanted to use them both. I stamped and coloured the ladies from the Girlfriends set with markers, then stamped some of the funny wine expressions, cutting each of them out and backing with black cardstock.
Paper Products Used
The paper and stickers I used are from the Be Happy 12 x 12 paper pad from Paper House Productions. Such beautiful patterns and these soft pink and black colours with a touch of golden foil work with a lot of photos.
Markers Used
I journalled and doodled a bit with Stabilo pointMax markers. These are a lovely pen with a 0.8 mm tip and some very fun colours. It’s a perfect pen for writing. And scrapbooking is all about capturing those memories, so be sure to write on your layouts – at the very least, the date and the names of people in the photos. It’s kind of scary how quickly we forget. The Great Canadian Scrapbook Carnivals
We are super duper pleased to have Art Impressions as a sponsor of the Great Canadian Scrapbook Carnivals this fall in Edmonton and Calgary. These events are HUGE and would not be possible without the support of our generous sponsors like Art Impressions. THANK YOU!
