Hey Creative Scrapbooker Fans! I’m back on the blog today to share with you a fun Disney themed scrapbook layout. Spring Break has just finished here in parts of BC and with Spring Break, that usually means there is at least someone going on a trip to Disneyland, which has inspired me to scrapbook some of the photos from my own Disneyland trip back in August of 2010. The jumping off point for my project was the Say Cheese 4 collection from Simple Stories which I combined with some adhesive from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L, and ink from Ranger Ink, I was able to create this fun Believe Double Page Scrapbook Layout. You’ll want to grab a cup of your favourite beverage as I share with you how I created my scrapbook layout. When creating my layout, I love to mix the different patterned papers together out of the 6×8 Say Cheese 4 paper pack from Simple Stories. In the bottom left-hand corner of the left-hand side of the layout, I layered in elements from the Say Cheese 4 Bits & Pieces, Tags & Frames, Washi Tape, and stickers out of the 4×6 Stickers from Simple Stories. For the believe word, cut it in half at the letter “I” & “E”. Before adhering the elements to your layout, ink the edges of the elements using Black Soot Distress Ink and a Blending Tool with foam from Ranger Ink. To adhere the elements to the page, I used EZ Runner and 3D Foam Squares from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L. In the top left-hand corner of the left-hand side of the layout, I layered in elements from the Say Cheese 4 Bits & Pieces from Simple Stories. In the top right side of the layout, add a piece of washi tape above the photo. At the bottom right-hand corner of the right-hand side of the layout, I layered in elements from the Say Cheese 4 Bits & Pieces, Washi Tape and stickers out of the 4×6 Stickers from Simple Stories. For the other half of the believe word, you’ll need to ink the edges of the word using Black Soot Distress Ink and a Blending Tool with foam from Ranger Ink. Before adhering the other elements to your layout, ink the edges of the elements using Black Soot Distress Ink and a Blending Tool with foam from Ranger Ink. To adhere the elements to the page, I used E-Z Runner and 3D Foam Squares from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L. In the top right-hand corner of the right-hand side of the layout, I layered in a fussy cut balloon that I cut out of one of the Say Cheese 4 6”x8” paper pad from Simple Stories. Above the photo, I added an element from the Say Cheese 4 Bits & Pieces as well as a small piece of Washi Tape from Simple Stories. Before adhering the elements to your layout, ink the edges of the elements using Black Soot Distress Ink and a Blending Tool with foam from Ranger Ink. To adhere the elements to the page, I used E-Z Runner and 3D Foam Squares from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.
