Travel-Themed layout with Noreen Smith and Creative Memories

Hi there! I’m Noreen from OrganizedandCreativeMom.com and I’m happy to share a travel-themed layout with you today. Even though things may slowly be starting to open and move towards “getting back to normal” where you live, most of us will still not be able to travel too far from home in the near future. Thankfully we can document and relive our past travel adventures using Creative Memories products that feature three distinct travel themes – Planes, Automobiles and Trains. I enjoyed using the Planes Paper Pack, Stickers and Laser Cut Embellishment Accents to create a quick layout about a bucket-list trip I made last fall to teach at a National Creative Memories Scrapbook Conference in Sydney, Australia! Creative Memories has an incredible line of products known as The Happy Album – a petite album that can be used as a journal, a planner or anything in between. Disney Themed Scrapbook Layout featuring Simple Stories

Hey Creative Scrapbooker Fans! I’m back on the blog today to share with you a fun Disney themed scrapbook layout. Spring Break has just finished here in parts of BC and with Spring Break, that usually means there is at least someone going on a trip to Disneyland, which has inspired me to scrapbook some of the photos from my own Disneyland trip back in August of 2010. The jumping off point for my project was the Say Cheese 4 collection from Simple Stories which I combined with some adhesive from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L, and ink from Ranger Ink, I was able to create this fun Believe Double Page Scrapbook Layout. One Sketch – THREE Ways!

I had so much fun with this sketch that I couldn’t just make one layout based on it…I had to make three! Each and every week, we look back in time and remember the beautiful art of our late friend and colleague Christy Riopel. Christy’s designs are timeless. So many of her creations from way back when continue to inspire us today. Here is a double page layout that Christy designed in the Fall of 2015. This layout was created for a blog challenge Christy was participating in. This layout makes me – Happy/Sad. So very, very happy that she loved working with Creative Scrapbooker Magazine. So very, very happy that she created a layout expressing how she felt about her job with us. So very, very happy for this fabulous memory. Hello! Noreen Smith here from OrganizedandCreativeMom.com, and I’m so excited to be back on the Creative Scrapbooker Magazine blog! Today I’m sharing a heritage layout featuring some brand new Creative Memories products mixed in with a few old favorites! Hello! Noreen Smith here, and I’m very happy to be on the Creative Scrapbooker Magazine blog today to share some Christmas projects using Creative Memories’ Sugarplum Collection! This sweet collection features a Paper Pack, Stickers, Embellishments, coordinating Vellum Papers, a foiled Album cover and Fast2Fab Pre-printed Album pages! The designs are inspired by holiday candy, décor and classic Christmas icons, as well as whimsical, playful patterns that also make it perfect for birthdays, Winter, babies and more.Some might comment that at first glance the collection doesn’t seem too Christmas-y as it features a lot of pastels. Celebrate Fall with Vicki Wizniuk and Close to My Heart

Hello everyone! Vicki Wizniuk here on the Creative Scrapbooker Magazine blog. Today I am sharing a layout I created using the new Falling For You patterned papers from Close to My Heart! I also added the orange strip at the bottom of the pages from the new Cats & Bats patterned paper packet from Close to My Heart. The word FALL is from the new Block Alphabet Thin Cuts dies – I seriously love these – they make creating titles an absolute breeze. I cut the leafy branches from the Flower Market Cricut cartridge. I added shimmer to the leafy branches using a Shimmer Brush, and added some White Dots, which are adhesive backed and just add a little extra pizzaz to my layout. I stamped the date in black ink using the Jennifer’s Hand alphabet stamp set. So many awesome details on this layout. If you don’t have a copy of…
