I am sharing a step out tutorial on how to create your very own coffee mixed media canvas.Coffee Mixed Media Canvas designed by Pam Bray featuring Emerald Creek Craft Supplies Rock Candy Embossing powder and Clearsnap ColorBox Blends ink Don’t worry…if you aren’t a coffee lover, do tea or change the idea up completely but more than anything enjoy the technique.DecoArt acrylic paint used to create a background for a coffee mixed media canvas Begin by adhering a few pieces of corrugated paper to the top of a 5″ x 7″ canvas. Dry brush White Titanium, Burnt Sienna and Yellow Oxide to top making sure that each layer dries. Emerald Creek Craft Supplies coffee bean stamps used to create a background on a mixed media canvasStamp beans from Emerald Creek Craft Supplies Fireside Stamp Set to the prepared canvas using black ink and bean stamp.Emerald Creek Craft Supplies coffee bean stamps used to create a background on a mixed media canvas Repeat with coffee rings from the Blends Stamp Set. Paint each set of the beans using ColorBox Nutmeg Blends Ink. Apply ink to craft sheet; mist with water and paint with a paintbrush. Emerald Creek Craft Supplies Rock Candy Embossing Powder used to create a background on a mixed media canvasDie cut Ring String using white cardstock. Apply embossing ink to top. Emboss with Rock Candy Embossing Powder. Emerald Creek Craft Supplies Rock Candy Embossing PowderDie cut Stack Deckle from white cardstock. Apply embossing ink and Rock Candy Embossing Powder to top. Emerald Creek Craft Supplies Fireside Coffee stamp set and Clearsnap ColorBox Blends inksStamp Coffee Sign stamp to white cardstock using embossing ink; emboss with Onyx Frost Embossing Powder. Ink over top with ColorBox Blends Ink.Emerald Creek Craft Supplies Fireside Coffee stamp set and Clearsnap ColorBox Blends inks Stamp cup from Fireside Stamp set with black ink. Apply ColorBox Blends ink to craft sheet; mist with water. paint cup. Dry.Details of a coffee mixed media canvas using Emerald Creek Craft Supplies Rock Candy embossing powder and stamps Add Rock Candy Embossing Powder to cup. Coffee Mixed Media Canvas designed by Pam Bray featuring Emerald Creek Craft Supplies Rock Candy Embossing powder and Clearsnap ColorBox Blends inkAdhere frame and cup to canvas. Details of a coffee mixed media canvas using Emerald Creek Craft Supplies Rock Candy embossing powderApply embossing ink to top of a metal button; add Rock Candy Embossing Powder.
