YES – you read that correctly. Kerry Engel has taken a sheet of patterned paper and turned it into a stencil! See that fuzzy pink flocking in the background of Kerry’s card? She created that look using a piece of patterned paper, that she turned into a stencil and then added flocking using her homemade stencil. WOWZERS! Kerry used her Brother ScanNCut to scan the patterned paper and then to cut it out on a transparency to create a stencil.
This technique opens up THOUSANDS of crafting possibilities! At least! LOL!
