For todayβs blog post, Iβm sharing with you how to create a cute Happy Day Wall Hanging using the Bunnies & Blooms Collection from Simple Stories.Β To create my wall hanging, Iβve also used a variety of products from Ranger Ink, Dies from Elizabeth Craft Designs, and adhesive from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L. Youβll want to grab a cup of your favourite beverage and learn how to recreate my wall hanging at home. To start, youβll need the Scattering Seeds paper out of the Bunnies & Blooms Paper Pack from Simple Stories. Die cut a 4 1/2β Stitched Indented Rectangle from Elizabeth Craft Designs out of the patterned paper. Ink the edges of the paper using Kitsch Flamingo Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam from Ranger Ink. Youβll need the In Full Bloom Paper out of the Bunnies & Blooms Paper Pack from Simple Stories. Die cut a 4 1/4β Fitted Indented Rectangle from Elizabeth Craft Designs out of the patterned paper. Ink the edges of the paper using Kitsch Flamingo Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam from Ranger Ink. Next, youβll need the So Sweet Paper out of the Bunnies & Blooms Paper Pack from Simple Stories. Die cut a 4β Stitched Indented Rectangle from Elizabeth Craft Designs out of the patterned paper. Ink the edges of the paper using Kitsch Flamingo Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam from Ranger Ink. Youβll need the Egg Hunt Paper out of the Bunnies & Blooms Paper Pack from Simple Stories. Die cut a 3 ΒΎβ Fitted Indented Rectangle from Elizabeth Craft Designs out of the patterned paper. Ink the edges of the paper using Kitsch Flamingo Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam from Ranger Ink. Next, youβll need the Choose Happy Paper out of the Bunnies & Blooms Paper Pack from Simple Stories. Die cut a 3 Β½β Stitched Indented Rectangle from Elizabeth Craft Designs out of the patterned paper. Ink the edges of the paper using Kitsch Flamingo Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam from Ranger Ink. Out of the 3×4 Elements Paper out of the Bunnies & Blooms Paper Pack from Simple Stories, youβll need to cut out the blue gingham card with a flower. Ink the edges of the paper using Kitsch Flamingo Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam from Ranger Ink. Next, youβll need the Journal Elements Paper out of the Bunnies & Blooms Paper Pack from Simple Stories. From the paper, cut out the flower square and the no. rectangle. Cut the no. rectangle down to 1 ΒΎβ x 1 ΒΎβ. Ink the edges of both papers using Kitsch Flamingo Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam from Ranger Ink. Out of the Tags Paper out of the Bunnies & Blooms Paper Pack from Simple Stories, youβll need to cut out the rainbow tag. Ink the edges of the tag using Kitsch Flamingo Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam from Ranger Ink. Out of the Journal Bits β Bunnies & Blooms Collection from Simple Stories, youβll need the purple hello spring, the note paper and the large yellow rectangle with watering can. Ink the edges of the three pieces using Kitsch Flamingo Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam from Ranger Ink. Off the Cardstock Stickers out of the Bunnies & Blooms Paper Pack from Simple Stories youβll need the border and the Happy Day word. Trim the border down to 4β. Ink the edges of the border and Happy Day word using Kitsch Flamingo Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam from Ranger Ink. Use E-Z Runner from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the blue gingham rectangle to the yellow with flowers rectangle.Β Adhere the navy with flowers rectangle to the blue gingham rectangle. Use E-Z Runner from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the pink gingham rectangle to the purple with white dots rectangle. Use 3D Foam squares from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the purple with white dots rectangle to the navy with flowers rectangle. Adhere the border sticker 1β from the bottom and ΒΌβ from the left of the 4 Β½β rectangle. Use E-Z Runner from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the 3×4 blue gingham piece ΒΎβ from the bottom and Β½β from the right of the 4 Β½β rectangle. Use E-Z Runner from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the purple hello spring pieceΒ 3/8β from the right and 1β from the bottom of the 4 Β½β rectangle.
Use 3D Foam Squares from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the flower square Β½β from the right and 1 ΒΌβ from the bottom of the 4 Β½β rectangle. Use E-Z Runner from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the no. rectangle 7/8β from the right and 1 3/8β from the top of the 4 Β½β rectangle. Use 3D Foam Squares from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the note piece 3/8β from the right and 1 3/8β from the bottom of the 4 Β½β rectangle. Use E-Z Runner from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the yellow rectangle with watering can 5/8β from the right and 1β from the bottom of the 4 Β½β rectangle. Use 3D Foam Squares from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the rainbow tag ΒΎβ from the right and Β½β from the bottom of the 4 Β½β rectangle. Adhere the Happy Day word underneath the rainbow on the tag. Adhere two of the enamel dots out of the Bunnies & Blooms β Enamel Dots from Simple Stories, to the bottom left of the tag as desired. Adhere three enamel dots to the top right side of the 3×4 blue gingham card. To finish the wall hanging, punch two holes at the top of the rectangles. Tie a piece of white twine through the holes at the top of the rectangle. Here are a few close-up photos of my wall hanging.
