For today’s blog post, I’m sharing with you how to create this Grow Art Journal Page using a variety of products from Ranger Ink and adhesive from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L. You’ll want to grab a cup of your favourite beverage and learn how to recreate my art journal page at home. Ranger Dina Wakley Media JournalI’m using Dina Wakley’s 6×6 White Art Journal from Ranger Ink. Ranger Dina Wakley Media White GessoChoose one of the pages and use Dina Wakley White Gesso from Ranger Ink to cover the page. Katelyn Grosart - Art Journal - Dina Wakley Media - Creative Scrapbooker MagazineNext you’ll need Dina Wakley Acrylic Heavy Body Paint in Blushing and Fuchsia from Ranger Ink. Dina Wakley Media Heavy Body Acrylic PaintApply the two colours of paint to the page as desired with a paintbrush. I have the colour primarily in the middle of the page. Ranger Dina Wakley Media Textures Stamp SetApply Jet Black Archival Ink from Ranger Ink to the circle stamp and stamp randomly on the page five times. Reapply ink to the stamp as needed. Apply Jet Black Archival Ink from Ranger Ink to the script stamp and stamp randomly on the page seven times. Reapply ink to the stamp as needed. RAnger Dina Wakley Media Chipboard Shapes - BasicsChoose one of the shapes. Paint Dina Wakley Heavy Acrylic Paint in Carnation from Ranger Ink on the shape. Ranger Tim Holtz Distress CrayonOnce the paint has dried, rub Black Soot Distress Crayon from Ranger Ink around the edge of the heart. Apply Jet Black Archival Ink from Ranger Ink to all three branches and stamp the stamps on a piece of Cotton Watercolor Paper from Ranger Ink.Ranger Dina Wakley Media Cotton Watercolor Paper Colour the branches using a waterbrush and Scribble Sticks 1,2&3 from Ranger Ink. Ranger Dina Wakley Media Scribble Sticks Set 1-2-3Once the branches have dried, fussy cut them out. Ink the edges of all three branches using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam from Ranger Ink. Repeat the previous step two more times. Colour the flowers using a waterbrush and Scribble Sticks 1,2&3 from Ranger Ink. Once the flowers have dried, fussy cut them out. Ink the edges of all three flowers using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam from Ranger Ink. Ranger Dina Wakley Ledger Girls Stamp Set Apply Jet Black Archival Ink from Ranger Ink to the girl as well as the quote and stamp the stamps on a piece of Cotton Watercolor Paper from Ranger Ink. Colour the girl in using a waterbrush and Scribble Sticks 1,2&3 from Ranger Ink. Once the girl and quote have dried, fussy cut the girl out and cut the quote into four strips. Ink the edges of all the girl and the four-word strips using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam from Ranger Ink. Ranger Dina Wakley Media Block Alpha Stamp SetApply Jet Black Archival Ink from Ranger Ink to the letters and stamp onto a piece of Cotton Watercolor Paper from Ranger Ink. Cut out the letters. Ink the edges of the letters using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam from Ranger Ink. Katelyn Grosart - Art Journal - Dina Wakley Media - Creative Scrapbooker MagazineUse 3D Foam Squares from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the largest branch ¾” from the right and all the way to the bottom of the page. Scrapbook-Adhesives-3L-Runner-3D-Foam-SquaresUse E-Z Runner from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere one of the branches 3/8” from the right and ½” from the bottom of the page. Adhere the other branch 2 7/8” from the left and 1 5/8” from the top of the page, this branch will sit underneath the large branch.  Katelyn Grosart - Art Journal - Dina Wakley Media - Creative Scrapbooker MagazineUse 3D Foam Squares and E-Z Runner from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the heart 1 ¾” from the left and ¼” from the bottom of the page. Use E-Z Runner from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the girl  ¾” from the right and 3/8” from the bottom of the page. Adhere the next flower ½” from the top and 2 1/8” from the left. Adhere the last flower 2” from the top and 1 1/8” from the left.
