Hello Creative Scrapbookers! Kim here with a quick mixed media page share. Did you know our current issue of Creative Scrapbooker Magazine has a 13 page feature dedicated to mixed media! There are so many gorgeous art journal pages, scrapbooking layouts and cards ready to inspire you to pull out some products that might not be in your comfort zone. I encourage you to try, it’s so fun! Here is a recent art journal page I made using many of my favourite Ranger products. They are often my go to mixed media products because they overlap well with my love of scrapbooking and cardmaking! My page started out as gel print I had made a while back using my Ranger Gel Plate and Dylusions paints. I layered on some stencils and stamps, which were coloured with Chameleon Pens. I added some washi tape and stickles for some more texture and…

You can move your cut anywhere on your cutting mat. The grid pattern helps you not waste…

Hi everyone. Karen Ellis here. Today is my day on the Creative Scrapbooker Magazine blog to share with you something that I’ve been working on.This weekend my mind, like so many of us, was on Hurricane Irma and the disaster she left in her wake in the Caribbean and the state of Florida. I know you all will join me in wishing the survivors the very best, a fast recovery and a quick rebuild from the devastation of Hurricane Irma. While watching the news coverage, I took to my studio and opened to an unfinished page in my art journal and created this layout I’m sharing with you today. I enjoy going to my journal when…
