Connie gathered 4-5 Q-tips together with an elastic band, dabbed them in paint and then dabbed them on her background to create this gorgeous design. LOVE IT!
As a final touch, Connie used Zebra Sarasa Pourous pens to add journaling to her layout.Β These pens are our serious GO TO when it comes to journaling!
