CLICK HERE to see all the amazing files you can download TODAY for FREE! This month Alison designed this file JUST FOR YOU! Here is the project she created using the SVG FILE. GORGEOUS! AND here are some notes from Alison on how she created it. “I used the individual SVG files to make a border in Adobe Illustrator. I actually tried it horizontal at first but decided finally on vertical. Then I printed it on a wide format printer along with my title. I also cut out a couple of the pieces (snowflake and star) to use as embellishments. I started with 4 photos (2x2in.) matted on a 5x5in piece of patterned paper. When I had matted them and laid them out, it occurred to me…
Hello festive crafty friends! Tracy McLennon here and today I have a holiday themed layout to share featuring a fabulous cut file designed by Creative Geek Design (CLICK HERE to download). Along with my Brother ScanNCut! AND the Simple Stories Simple Vintage North Pole Collection. I love how this fun layout turned out! First I created a simple layered background using patterned paper, grey and white cardstock. I then converted my cut file for my and cut it at about 11” from white cardstock. I used patterned paper, kraft cardstock and Luxe Gold Cardstock to fill the sections of the cut file. Then adhered all of the pieces using the Dual Tip Glue Pen. Adhere the wreath to the layered background. Then mat the 4×6 photo in white cardstock and add gold photo corners. Cut a couple of smaller pieces of coordinating patterned paper. Adhere these 3 pieces to the…

Hello, Connie Nichol here today with a very simple layout that uses minimal supplies – basically just cardstock! If you have an electronic die cutting machine like the Sizzix Eclips2, you really don’t need much else. This layout is totally about the Sunflower cut file from Quietfire Design. I fell in love with it when I saw it, and what better page embellishment for sunflower photos? I was so excited last year when a friend told me about a nearby sunflower field. You can of course customize the colours and size of the flowers as you see fit so it is a very versatile file. I cut the flowers and the title out with a Sizzix Eclips 2. I opened the svg file, ungrouped the shapes and cut them out of different colours of cardstock. They were so pretty I didn’t want to add a lot of other ‘stuff’…
Hello, Connie Nichol here today with a simple scrapbook layout featuring a beautiful patterned paper line from Creative Memories stamps and digital cut files from Quietfire Design cut with the Sizzix Eclips 2. and some stitching with the Brother Sewing Machine The scrapbooking process is a little different for everyone, but when I start with a Quietfire Design quote stamp, I am totally inspired by the quote and go from there. I looked through my photos and found this one of my friend Jackie with a massive hydrangea bush from 2013 that I thought would do the quote justice. Next, I selected the beautiful Creative Memories Watercolour Paper Pack and Watercolor Love Embellishments to form the basis of the layout. The soft colours and patterns are just beautiful. Although romantic, the papers work for a lot of other photographs too. Lastly, I considered how I might accent the page with…
