Hi Everyone! It’s Kelly Klapstein here today, and I’m sharing a project IΒ designed using Tombow products and the Brother ScanNCut machine. I love making inspirational signs and home dΓ©cor pieces and thought I would brighten up my studio space with a rainbow. Of course, I knew I would use Tombow Dual Brush pens to create the rainbow because, well, Tombow pens come in every colour imaginable and more! I started by drawing the clouds on Creative Scrapbooker Super Stock with my Tombow drafting Mono pencil. And whenever I am using a pencil, I have one of Tombow’s erasers on hand. I just love this MONO Knock eraser that dispenses like a pen, so you have a fine tip eraser for lines. Then I traced over my pencil lines with the bullet nib end of the black Tombow Dual Brush pen. Now I was ready to cut out my clouds…and not…

YES β¦. my Cathie Allan Position-it has had an upgrade.Β I have loved my Position-it for many years. Loved that it was two tools in one. It was a tool that worked as a positioner, allowing you to place images βexactlyβ where you wanted them on your project AND allowed you to stamp an image, over and over and over again in exactly the same place thus opening up endless possibilities with my favourite art tools, my rubber stamps. Loved that it works on ALL sizes of paper. Loved that it worked with wood mounted rubber stamps, cling rubber stamps AND clear rubber stamps. Sounds amazing right β¦ YES it was and YES β¦. it still IS but now β¦. it allows me to do even more.Β In essence β¦ it simply makes stamping easier and even more βfunnerβ (yes, I know that is not a word (yet) I like…

Β Lately I have been feeling un-inspired. I want to be in my craft room but it seems like everything I make, I canβt get quite right. While playing around with the Lift Me Up bundle in the Stampinβ Up! Occasions catalog, I was stamping in black and gold and redβ¦ pretty much every colour of the rainbow. And then I finally used silver embossing powder. BAM. Thatβs all I needed to get the wheels turning.Β I stamped in silver and then I did some die cuts in silver foil.Β I was really impressed how the silver foil Up and Away Thinlet die ran through the Big Shot with ease.Β This particular card has a lightly water coloured background using the tempting turquoise Stampinβ Up! refill ink. This gave it a look as if it was a sky. Many of you know that I die cut and stamp…

Hi, Connie Nichol here today with a bright and cheerful scrapbook page featuring Close to my Heart products. My kids and I travelled to Germany last summer with friends and had the best time. Β And took a lot of pictures. Β Ha! Β You’ll be seeing a of them as I slowly get them scrapbooked. This layout started with the Happy thin cuts die from CTMH. I coloured the die cut with Chameleon alcohol ink markers and then added three coats of Ranger clear embossing powder to make the words glossy and dimensional. Β You can see how to do this step by step in the Creative Scrapbooker Technique Taster’s Web Show #105 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5NnLYeAYb6A&t=6s It’s easy to do and looks very cool. I used patterned paper from the Close To My Heart Adventure Fundamentals line – so bright and colourful – and coordinating die cuts from the Good Life Fundamentals packet. Β Β …
