Sea Breeze Collection from Heartfelt Creations

Hello, Connie Nichol here with two projects featuring the Sea Breeze collection from Heartfelt Creations. Can’t you smell the salt air right now? I had a lot of fun creating projects with this collection. It is perfect for scrapbooking maritime-themed photographs or creating beautiful sea themed cards. Here’s the Sea Breeze paper collection – beautiful colours and graphics and there are several matching stamp and die sets that will complement the paper beautifully. An important part of my projects is scrap cardboard that I covered with white gesso. It reminded me of the texture of the building next to the Cape Forchu lighthouse. Just save a piece of cardboard from your recycling bin (this one has particularly fine corrugations) and cover with a coat of white gesso or acrylic paint. Let dry and use as the base of your card or layout. I built the card using the Heartfelt Creations…

Hello! Kim here again with a simple Silly Goose Pocket Page layout to share. I have been tearing apart my scrapbooking space to make way for renovations [yet again!]. It’s scary what lurks in corners and drawers that you forget you ever had. I had a ton of stuff tucked into my little room that has now found temporary homes all over my house! I have purged some things and fell back in love with older product, it has been a process. During this process I found some old American Crafts 6×12 page protectors that were divided into 3-4×6 pockets. I figured I give a pocket page a try, something I haven’t really adopted for my style of projects. Heartfelt Creations Backyard Blossoms

Hello, Connie Nichol here today with a scrapbook layout featuring stamps, dies and patterned paper from the Heartfelt Creations Backyard Blossoms collection. I adore the coneflowers and other blooms that are its focus. In addition to patterned paper, there are three stamp sets with matching dies that are part of the collection. I’ve used the set called ‘Blossoming Coneflower’. I stamped the images with Ranger archival black ink and coloured them with Chameleon pens. These pens were absolutely perfect for this project – I could achieve gradation of colour in the petals and leaves with a single pen. Supplies Used: Heartfelt Creations patterned paper, stamps and dies, MultiCraft flakes, glue, letter stickers and wooden butterfly, Chameleon Color Tone pens, Ranger ink, Glue Dots Adhesives, corrugated cardboard, doily. I used the Heartfelt Creations Backyard Blossoms collection and Blossoming Coneflower stamp with coordinating die. I stamped the Heartfelt Creations stamp using Ranger…
