Hi everyone! I don’t know about you, but I can’t wait for summer to start – the school year is almost over and vacations are right around the corner! I’ve created a cute little mini-album that you can make before your vacation to take with you and use as a travel journal, or, you can make after your trip as a vacation keepsake! This little mini-album is fast and easy to make with minimal supplies and tools, and of course you can customize it to any theme by changing up the papers and embellishments. It’s also very interactive because of the tabbed insert pages, so kids will love it! And no matter if you’ve planned a local road trip or a world-wide adventure, the new Gallivant Collection from Creative Memories is the perfect collection to document your travels with! It features great colors, versatile patterns and awesome retro-style embellishments and stickers! To…

Hello!  Today I am sharing a mini album I created by repurposing the Happy, Happy Christmas My Crush pages from Close to My Heart! The Happy, Happy Christmas My Crush pages come in a package of 30 double-sided, loose printed pages, and 3-ring hole punched, measuring 8 3/8” x 6 7/8”.  They are designed to be used in the Everyday Life albums so you can whip up a quick album, but I wanted to change it up a bit…. check out my 6”x6” mini album. I added embellishments to my mini album from the City Sidewalks Complements, and a few Clear Sparkles here and there, and added colour to some of the Clear Sparkles using green and red ShinHan Touch Twin markers. What a fun way to create something completely unique! Well, that is it for me for today.  If you don’t have a copy of the new Close To…

Here’s the story. My best friend had a baby.  In fact, she had her second little girl. Because this was her second, I told her I was planning something special for her instead of more clothes or toys that she didn’t necessarily need. Sounding good so far, right? Well, I planned to create an album using this Project Life ™ kit: Hello Baby by Stampin’ Up!  I was going to build her a first year album so that all my Mommy friend had to do was slip those pictures in the slots. I am always full of good ideas but I really don’t know where I think time grows… it sure isn’t on trees. At least not on the kind of trees I have in my backyard. … if you ever find a time tree or better yet a money tree, would you mind sending me a treasure map so…

Hi everyone! Kim here with a quick share of a mini album I just completed. I used a Close To My Heart “Workshop on the Go”. These kits they put together are genius! Patterned paper, cardstock, stamp set, embellishments and an idea sheet…ready for you to play! I choose to work with “La Vie en Rose” set…I love it! Thanks for checking out my album. This project is not hard technically, but requires time. In the end, it’s a nice reminder of a fun girls trip to Washington State. I have LOTS more pictures to scrapbook from this trip, but this mini album is like the “Coles Notes” version of our trip. SUBSCRIBE TODAY to our quarterly publication – delivered right to your door!

It’s the unofficial end of summer, and it makes me sad. But I can look back at the summer and say that we banged off a big number of items on my summer bucket list. This is the first year that I took time out to create a “summer things to do” list. Yes, yes, I am a Type A personality. Believe me when I say it worked great. I am a planner girl, and when I noticed a weekend with few commitments, I looked at my list and made it happen. I also booked reservations in advance. You’ll notice they aren’t physically crossed off my list. That’s because this planner goes into next year hence I am keeping the same list for Summer 2016. With all the activities we did during the summer, I thought it would be nice to have a little album with some pictures to…

It’s 2015 and guess what? I got another year older. This year, my aging friends and I decided to have a DIY gift exchange (don’t ask… we don’t even know what we were trying to achieve). With little time and my box of new Stampin’ Up! goodies from the Occasions catalog, I created my gift… several years of embarrassing pictures in one tiny album. Introducing…. the amazing “So You Project Kit” from Stampin’ Up! This kit comes with twenty 4×4” page protectors, a mini kraft album, “wood-sy” patterned paper, washi, wood veneers, window sheets, epoxy stickers.. and so much more! Sorry… embarrassing photos are not included! I am not re-inventing the wheel here but instead providing you a quick an easy way to cross off your New Years Scrapbooking Resolutions’ Project List. I am always looking for an easy way for everything – rather than get out my sewing machine…

It’s always exciting to step inside the Bo Bunny booth at CHA to see what’s new!  Their new paper collections on display are fantastic! First up….. “Baby Bump” How awesome is this?  A paper line devoted entirely to expecting mothers and babies! Naturally, a children’s collection follows…. “Our Lil’ Monster” Aren’t these bright colours and monster images fun? Here is a wonderful home decor project using Our Lil’ Monster: And a cute Mini Album… For those of us who have fur babies, here is the adorable pet collection called “Happy Tails” Um, I just might have to get a dog so I can scrap with these papers!! When your Lil’ Monsters grow up into teenage daughters, then you can scrap with “Modern Miss.” This collection is definitely on my MUST BUY list because I have 2 teenaged daughters! Take a look at this cute mini album in the…
