Hello, Connie Nichol here today with a couple of projects that use recycled maps. Maps and atlases are often free and are so much fun to add to paper crafting projects. There is a whole article on this in the Winter 2018/2019 issue of Creative Scrapbooker Magazine – be sure to check out a bunch of other ideas using recycled maps. Maps are particularly well suited to travel layouts – the layout below uses a map of Germany I got from the AMA for the page background. I marked our route using embroidery thread and added a postcard and our entrance ticket to the castle. I always save memorabilia when travelling.
