Hello, Connie Nichol here today with a couple of projects that use recycled maps.   Maps and atlases are often  free  and are so much fun to add to paper crafting projects.  There is a whole article on this in the Winter 2018/2019 issue of Creative Scrapbooker Magazine  – be sure to check out a bunch of other ideas using recycled maps.   Maps are particularly well suited to travel layouts – the layout below uses a map of Germany I got from the AMA for the page background.  I marked our route using embroidery thread and added a postcard and our entrance ticket to the castle.  I always save memorabilia when travelling. Supplies:  Paper House Productions Germany stickers, Simple Stories wood embellishments, Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L photo corners and adhesive.
