Hello and happy May! Kim here with a colourful layout share today using products a from Simple Stories, Impression Obsession, Clearsnap and Glue Dots! I have been emptying my craft room as we are doing some renovations once again on our home. During the tedious job of moving all my craft supplies I came across two photos from our Crop & Cruise vacation from over 10 years ago. This was actually the first time I met team Creative Scrapbooker and have grown some wonderful friendships from this holiday. I wanted my layout to be happy and summery, but needed a simple background as the pictures themselves were “busy”! I opted to build my layout on a piece of Creative Scrapbooker Superstock. Good Morning and WELCOME March! It sure doesn’t feel like spring is around the corner but we have turned the page on February and that’s enough for me! Head’s up…today’s project share is not very spring like either! I choose to work with our January Sketchy Challenge and some fun products I have in my stash, old & new! I stayed pretty true to the sketch, with the diagonal stack of photos and snowflake embellishments, then I let intuition guide the placement of my title and other embellishments. The SWEET Life with Spellbinders and AJ Otto

The “Sweet” Life By AJ Otto My favorite thing about scrapbooking is preserving the every day moments. The stuff you wont remember in the years ahead, the current favorites, likes, dislikes, hobbies, etc. This picture of my daughter is a pretty accurate depiction her at this time, life seems to be all about the phone, her music, and *fingers crossed*, a hot chocolate from Starbucks time permitting. With extra whip of course. 😉 I started with some splatters of the silk luster just to create a slight break in the white background. I tend to keep my scrapping style to less is more, focusing on the pictures, and hopefully documenting the current event.
