Happy Fall!! Heather Fischer here today on the Creative Scrapbooker Magazine blog to share some Stampers Anonymous Tim Holtz Fall themed cards I recently created! Fall is definitely my favourite seasonβ¦I love the cooler days, the changing colours of the trees, fall decor, a hot PSL π and of course, Fall themed projects! I tend to make and send quite a few Thanksgiving cards and cards to remind people how grateful I am for them. π For these 2 cards, I used 2 different stamp sets from Stampers Anonymous Tim Holtz and a couple of my favourite techniques, ink blending and heat embossing! Both backgrounds were made using the following Ranger Tim Holtz Distress Oxide colours; Barn Door, Spiced Marmalade, Fossilized Amber, Scattered Straw and some Vintage Photo blended around the edges. Β I love this fall colour combination!! Here is a closer look at the first card I created -…

Use Ranger Archival jet-black ink to stamp your Stampers Anonymous holiday images randomly on the front and back of the bag. 3. Colour the stamped images using Dina Wakley Media Scribble Sticks. 4.Β Use a waterbrush pen to blend the Scribble Stick colours. Have fun, and create coordinating tags, cards, and holiday boxes. The stamp set that Nicole used is the Stampers Anonymous Tim Holtz Yuletide Gatherings stamp set. Every year I sit down for a little tag making session! I like to gift my co-workers with a little something fun to take home for Christmas and feel I must include a handmade tag as they all know I am passionate about paper crafts. I want my tags to be simple enough to make in bulk, but with enough details to show I care! I started this tag making session with some shipping tags purchased at Staples. I added a small strip of plaid paper [Echo Park Lumberjack Christmas] and then stamped the gift and branches images [Stampers Anonymous Seasonal Scribbles] with Distress Oxide ink.Β I coloured and outlined the images with my Nuvo alcohol markers. I choose these markers for two reasonsβ¦I LOVE them and they will not reactivate the Distress Oxide ink! A little glitter was added to the gift image with a Nuvo glitter marker. My…
I could live in a world of Octobers! I love the temperatures, colours, pumpkins and I am all over Halloween. My son is off on his own and our house doesnβt get many kids dropping by on October 31st, but I still try to fill my cup with as much of the season as I can. We took in the Pumpkins after Dark event in Edmonton, imagine over 6000 hand carved pumpkins! It was impressive to say the least, and a fun evening to be out with my son and husband. I knew as I pulled out my phone to take pictures that I had the PERFECT, new paper collection at home to create a scrapbook page with. Such a new collection to me that it was still in a bag and not put away! For this fun layout I used the Simply Stated Design βHaunted Halloweenβ collection. Gorgeous papers…
