I love pretty much all products by Fancy Pants Designs but the Collecting Moments line released in the summer of 2013 is one of my favourites. I find that the colours and patterns are perfect for all sorts of projects – girl layouts, boy layouts, cards – you name it. Here’s a layout I did featuring some silly selfie photos I took with my friends Kim and Jackie on a recent trip to Nova Scotia. When I look at these pictures, I am instantly transported back to Mavillette Beach and the feeling of that wind!!! I used May Arts Ribbon natural burlap string to mimic the energy of the wind and glued it into place with a thin line of Beacon 3 in 1 adhesive.
And, as is my habit, once the first scrapbook layout is done but all the stuff is still laying about, I put together a couple of quick cards. You just never know when you are going to need a card. Adding a little dimension to stickers using Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L foam squares was the perfect touch for the small stars card and I punched a few holes go with them with my unthreaded sewing machine.
Have a wonderful Thursday everyone!
