SUPPLIES: Creative Memories patterned paper and border punch, Brother ScanNCut, May Arts ribbon, Core’dinations ColorCore cardstock, Scrapbook Adhesvies by 3L Crafty Foam Tape and E-Z Runner, Tombow pen.
Kelly used the Creative Memories Border Maker System to create the bubble border on the top of her layout.
