Hello everyone! Kelly Klapstein here to share my layout based on the November Sketchy challenge.
Here is the November sketch:
This Fall has been so beautiful in Alberta, and I snapped so many photos of the amazing golden colours of trees. I just had to scrap them!
The paper collection and leaf die cuts are from Momenta.
I used my Sizzix Big Shot to die cut and emboss these pretty leaves.
I used Tombow Dual Brush pens to hand letter the title “The Golden Hours” and write the journaling.
I also used the Tombow pens to create a watercolour effect on the background, which is Canadian Scrapbooker Superstock. Click HERE to shop for this awesome cardstock…which is super heavy weight and great for all projects.
I used some Stampin’ Up! stamps and Clearsnap ColorBox Frost White pigment ink to add a distressed effect to the outer edges of the paper.
My Brother ScanNCut came in handy for designing and cutting these birch trees from Momenta paper, which I outlined with a chalk marker.
I love this time of year, and I also know that winter will soon be here, and I will be stuck inside….spending more time scrapbooking!

Happy Crafting!
