Merry Little Christmas by Creative Memories with Noreen Smith

Hi friends! Noreen from OrganizedandCreativeMom.com here with a Holiday Countdown project that can be whipped up in time for December 1st! I’ve used Creative Memories’ Merry Little Christmas papers and coordinating embellishments which boast traditional Christmas colours in fresh new patterns – perfect for this fun holiday project! Each year I like to come up with a slightly different version of an Advent Calendar or Christmas Countdown. This year I’m using a sweet little tag pocket that I first shared with other Creative Memories Advisors when I visited Australia back in September. Since then, I’ve been sharing this easy pocket as a great Make & Take, a Halloween Treat package, a Thanksgiving table decoration and now as the holder for Christmas Countdown activities. Simple Vintage Christmas Layout

Hello crafty friends, Tracy McLennon here. Today I have a beautifully festive layout to share using the new Simple Vintage Christmas Collection from Simple Stories. I adore everything about this collection. The classic Christmas palette, the vintage imagery and the sheer selection of fabulous coordinating embellishments. This collection has so much crafty potential for all sorts of your holiday crafting and scrapbooking. I love to create with lots of layers, texture, and dimension. So each of these bits, pieces, and patterned layers have dimension thanks to Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L 3D Foam Squares, Thin 3D Foam Squares, and Crafty Foam Tape. Therm O Web Gina K. Designs Foil-Mates Christmas Cards

Hi, Connie Nichol here today with a selection of shimmery foiled Christmas cards I made with Therm O Web Foil-Mates and Fancy Foils from Gina K Designs. I am new to the idea of foiling, and I have to tell you that I am in LOVE. Although I was initially intimidated by the idea, it is so simple to create these beautiful cards. You just place the foil of your choice over a pre-printed toner sheet (the Foil-Mates), run it through a laminator and the magic happens. Here are a few cards that I whipped up – once you start laminating foils onto patterns, it’s hard to stop! Just add a bit of ribbon or a couple of flowers and you’re good to go. You can even use the used foil for a card background as I did in the last card. The used foils are too pretty to throw…

Christmas Ornament Themed Layout

Hello everyone – Vicki Wizniuk here today on the Creative Scrapbooker Magazine blog sharing a Christmas Ornament themed layout. Do not forget to take photos of your Christmas ornaments and document them on your scrapbook layouts – something as tiny as an ornament can spark a ton of wonderful memories. I created this layout using the Silver & Gold Paper Packet from Close to My Heart! Christmas Stair Art with Cathie Allan

Cathie Allan here. I just wanted to share a little of my “Christmas Stair Art” with you. I have been creating “Stair Art” with my rubber stamps for many years. I started creating these on 6X6 blocks of wood. I would use my stamps and acrylic paint to create them and I place them in the corners of my stairs. These have always made me smile. Last year I started creating them with Superstock, which I fortify and now they are “so much faster” to create. No prepping of the wood. No waiting for sealer to dry and they look AWESOME. I am sharing a couple of the “older, on the wooden block” ones that I made in previous years (if you look real close you can see that these were done in 1997)and the one that I created this year.
