Tuesday With The Team – Camping Themed Layout with Kim Gowdy

Hello Creative Scrapbookers! Kim here today with a fun camping inspired layout that I hope you’ll enjoy! I am blessed with a craft room and lots of supplies to choose from. That may sound amazing, but honestly at times I think it stalls my creativity, giving me too many choices. On this particular scrapbooking session, I narrowed down my focus and picked a few products to work with, which in turn forces the other stuff out of the wayThe products I choose to work with were, Echo Park’s Little Lumberjack collection, Elizabeth Craft Designs Planner Essentials and MultiCraft glitter. I started by adhering 2 sheets of patterned paper together using Glue Dots Adhesive Sheets. Using the die from Elizabeth Craft Designs Planner Essentials set, I cut out two pages for my layout. Hello World with Katelyn Grosart

Hey Creative Scrapbooker Fans! Today on the blog, I’m sharing my cute Hello World Altered Frame perfect for any baby’s nursery. To create my altered frame, I’ve used the Hello Baby It’s a Boy Collection from Echo Park Paper Co. ink from Ranger Ink, dies from Elizabeth Craft Designs and adhesive from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L. You’ll want to grab a cup of your favourite beverage and learn how to recreate my altered frame at home. To start, you’ll need the Little Wild Ones patterned paper from Echo Park Park Paper Co.. Cut a piece that measures 4” x 6”. Choose and die cut one of the medium banners off of the Planner Essentials 27 – Retro Number Trio from Elizabeth Craft Designs. Ink the edges of the banner and paper using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam from Ranger Ink. Next, you’ll need the Boy…

Yahooo! Christmas card making season is around the corner OR maybe it is right now! Christmas truly is one of my MOST favorite times of the year…and without a doubt, the card making that goes on in the next few months is sooooooooo INSPIRING! Recently our design team member, Kerry Engel, was playing with some Therm O Web Gina K. Designs Glitz Glitter Gel and she came up with this SPARKLING card. Kerry used the Carta Bella Christmas Market Holly stencil to create the background. Along with the Therm O Web Gina K. Designs Glitz Glitter Gel. Botanical Garden Collection by Carta Bella with Katelyn Grosart

Hey Creative Scrapbooker Fans! I’m thrilled to be back on the blog today sharing with you my pretty wall hanging perfect for any area of your home. The jumping-off point for my project was the Botanical Garden collection from Carta Bella Which I combined with some adhesive from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L and ink from Ranger Ink, I was able to create this pretty Believe in Yourself Wall Hanging. You’ll want to grab a cup of your favourite Summer beverage as I share with you how to recreate my wall hanging at home. To start, you’ll need a stiff piece of chipboard that measures 4 ½” x 6”, I used an old bingo card. Choose the two-card cut apart papers out of the Botanical Garden Paper Pack from Carta Bella that has the Believe in Yourself card, a plain green one, and the pink plaid card. Cut out the three…

Botanical Garden Collection by Carta Bella featuring Katelyn Grosart

Hey Creative Scrapbooker Fans ! Katelyn Grosart here today on the Creative Scrapbooker Magazine blog. Today I am sharing with you a pretty flower-themed project featuring the Botanical Garden collection by Carta Bella. At the beginning of May, we went to the Tulip Festival in Abbotsford to check out all the amazing rows of different coloured and varieties of tulips. So for today’s project, I created my scrapbook layout using inspiration from our May Sketch designed by Kerry Engel. With the May sketch in hand, I set off to create my layout using the Botanical Garden Collection from Carta Bella which I combined with some adhesive from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L, and ink from Ranger Ink, I was able to create my pretty Beautiful Day Scrapbook Layout.
