I am a big fan of “fussy cutting” and paper layering so the Core’dinations ColorCore cardstock was the perfect choice for this project.
I created texture on the papers with the Sizzix template and then sanded the paper to really make the pattern stand out. I love sanding the papers and the seeing the two-tone effect because it adds a rustic, roughness that is perfect for scrapbooking my boys.
SUPPLIES: Core’dinations ColorCore cardstock, graphic 45 patterned paper, chipboard and alphabet stickers, Sizzix dies and embossing folder, May Arts Ribbon, Gesso, Beacon Adhesives Zip Dry Liquid glue.
