Today we invited a guest to our blog to share her talent as a member of BoBunny‘s Design Team. Welcome, Lynn Shokoples!
Hi Everyone! My name is Lynn Shokoples and I live in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. I’ve been married for almost 30 years, have two wonderful young adult children and two wild rambunctious puppies!! They all keep my life interesting and full of laughs. I’ve been scrapbooking for as long as I can remember, even back in the days when there was just paper, scissors and a few stickers. It’s amazing to see how the industry has grown. I love to do layouts, cards, altered projects and have recently started playing with some mixed media, art journaling and making my own digital cutting files. I’ve been blessed to be part of the BoBunny Design Team for the past two years and several others teams as well. I love meeting scrapbookers from around the world. You can find me on Facebook or blogging away at www.scrappyhappymom.blogspot.ca. Thank you so much for inviting me as a guest today! Have a wonderful day everyone.
I was so excited to see the new BoBunny collections. For my project, I chose “Somewhere in Time” to do a layout of myself way back in 1978. I used pieces from the 6×6 paper pad along with the new washi tape to create strips behind my photo.
Then the fun begins with the embellishments and stamping. I have so much fun stamping I don’t want to stop. The title I created on my Silhouette Cameo and cut it out of one of the 6×6 paper pad sheets. I love using the paper pads because you can create layers, cut titles, make embellishments…the list is endless!!
Here is my supply list for this layout:
