Hi everyone! Noreen Smith here from OrganizedandCreativeMom.com. Weโre halfway into November but Iโm 100% into Christmas crafting right now and working on Christmas Cards! Today I want to show you how I got all my cards done quickly and easily using theโฆ Creative Memories awesome All That Glitters Card Kit has everything youโll need to create twelve beautiful 5โ x 7โ cards โ the card bases and envelopes, pre-cut embellishment pieces (as well as 170 BONUS pieces!), 26โ of gold glitter tape, a sheet of enamel stickers, and an instruction sheet, all packed in a lovely gift box! Although Iโm using the kit to make cards to send to my family and friends, this kit would actually make a wonderful gift โ especially for your crafty friends! (Tip: Make sure to check out the Creative Memories Gift Guide to find the perfect gift for everyone on your list!)ย
The instructions are simple to follow and give you lots of beautiful options, so you can really personalize your cards! And, because the card bases are 5โ x 7โ, you can include standard 4โ x 6โ photos on them. Here are some of the possibilities โ with and without photos – shown in the instructions:ย
So gorgeous! The 170 bonus pieces can also be used to change up and customize the suggested card layouts, create additional cards or even to embellish a scrapbook layout! Once I opened the kit, I sorted all the pieces into piles to see what I was working with. Look at all those pre-cut pieces!
After admiring all the pieces and playing with some ideas, I decided to use the twelve 5โ x 7โ card bases to create some family photo cards and then use the rest of the embellishments on some standard sized cards (not included in kit). I made my card bases by cutting cardstock into 4.25โ x 11โ rectangles and folding them in half, but you could also order the Blank Card Kit which includes twelve card bases and twelve envelopes. I also used Adhesive Tape Runner, some Foam Squares and the Gold Metallic Dual-Tip Pen to add highlights and details to the embellishments as well as to write the inside greetings. The cards are so festive, and they were so easy! I like simple designs, so I was really able to stretch these supplies – in the end, I was able to make the twelve photo cards and TWENTY-SEVEN! standard cards with this kit and extra sheets of Red and White cardstock! I made THREE of each of the cards shown in the following photos:
Wow โ a total of thirty-nine cards made in about 2 hours! Thatโs enough for all my family and friends! And, I still have some pre-cut pieces leftover that I think will be perfect for some gift tagsโฆI feel more Christmas crafting coming on!ย
Make sure to order your All That Glitters Card Kit today and youโll have all of your Christmas Cards ready to send in plenty of time for the Holidays!
