Hi friends! It’s Noreen from OrganizedandCreativeMom.com here to share a really cool new way to display and showcase your scrapbook pages.
If you’re like me, sometimes when you finish a layout you love, you don’t want to put it in an album right away; you want to put it somewhere you can see it and enjoy it! Creative Memories new Wooden Frame Hanger is an awesome way to display your precious pages until you’re ready to tuck them away in your album for safekeeping. The Wooden Frame Hanger is genius in its simplicity…just unscrew the fasteners, slip the edges of your layout in between the two wooden bars and tighten the screws. Then hang it from the decorative gold chain on a nail or hook. (Note that in my photos below, just the top hanger is shown, but it comes with another wooden bar that fastens onto the bottom of the layout, in the same way, to help it hang straight if needed.)

I love that I can easily change it up and hang seasonal layouts that become part of my home décor. First I’ll be displaying a layout made with the exclusive Croptoberfest products* and a sketch from my own Croptoberfest Layout Guide. I added some family photos taken this past weekend during our (Canadian) Thanksgiving dinner to keep images of the most special people in my life close at hand. I’ll keep the “So Very Thankful” layout up for a couple of weeks, then maybe change it out for a Halloween layout (like maybe the “Wicked Cute” one that I shared with you last month!). Then it will be time to start putting up the Christmas décor. A layout showing some of my favorite Christmas decorations at our cabin last year will definitely put me in the Christmas spirit! I created this layout with the beautiful new Festive Plaid Paper on a sheet of woodgrain paper from the Timeworn Texture Paper Pack, and finished it off with some die-cut embellishments from the Merry Little Christmas Embellishment Pack and Christmas trees punched with the new Pine Tree Punch! After I get tired of this layout, I’m sure I’ll have lots of Christmas and winter photos to scrap and then display. I can see that I’ll be needing a few more Wooden Frame Hangers to hang around my house so that I can enjoy displaying ALL my favorite layouts!
