Β I was cleaning up my craft room when I came across this photograph of my parents from about 28 years ago – they look so young and so happy. This layout came together very quickly. Β I had a few pieces of patterned paper on my desk from a South African company called Penelope Dee.Β Β Β I saw their products for the first time at Creativation last month in Phoenix and the designs are simply gorgeous. Hey Creative Scrapbooker Fans! Winter has definitely hit the west coast of Canada this week and we even ended up with a white Christmas. With the cold weather here, I decided to create a winter note card . For my note card, I’ve used a variety of products from Emerald Creek Craft Supplies, dies from Elizabeth Craft Designs, Super Stock from Creative Scrapbooker Magazine, some adhesive from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L as well as a few products from Ranger Ink, to create this fabulous Warmest Wishes winter note card. To start, cut a piece of Super Stock from Creative Scrapbooker Magazine that measures 3 3/4β x 3 3/4β. Using a blending tool with foam as well as Broken China Distress Ink and Tumbled Glass Distress Ink from Ranger Ink, blend the inks over the entire surface of the cardstock. Els Van de Burgt is back on our show creating super cute BonBon boxes with a variety of different products and some super fun and easy to follow techniques. BonBon boxes are the cutest little packages meant to hold party favors or other little treasures! You can fill them with chocolates, candy, sequins, necklaces – you name it! Els walks you through a number of different design ideas to create a variety of different themed boxes. SUPPLIES The base of the Bon Bon box is an Elizabeth Craft Designs die. Run this die through your die cutting machine and you have your box. Elizabeth Craft Designs dies work with most die cutting machines and really do cut like butter.
