Hello Creative Scrapbookers! Jayme Logehere with a fun post inspired by Kerry Engelβs βCrazy Birdβ sign. I have been enjoying these little birds on all sorts of things, but when I saw Kerryβs sign and the quote she used, I knew I had to create one of my own. I built mine on a 8.5×11 canvas. After covering the canvas with gesso and adding some βbumpsβ with texture paste through a stencil, I covered the background with some deliciousΒ Dylusions paints from Ranger. I love! love! love! how bright and vibrant the colours are. Once the paint was dry I sprinkled some darker Nuance powders from Magenta over top and spritzed it with water. I rubbed a little bit of brown Dylusions paint around the edges, applying it with a baby wipe.Β I set the canvas aside to dry and stamped my Crazy Birds (Tim Holtz for Stampers Anonymous) and Paris background…

Today on our blog we welcome Lynn Shokoples, who is on the BoBunny Design Team, and loves creating faith-based projects! Hi Everyone! Iβm Lynn Shokoples from BoBunny, and today I am here to share a Faith Journal project I am working on, using the BoBunny BELIEVE collection. Faith Journaling has become very popular in the last year. Hey guys, Tracy McLennon here! I’m back today with a project that I created using some really fun stuff from Art-CΒ and May Arts Ribbon. They offer so many great and innovative products that can be used for papercrafting, mixed media, home decor and on and on. My little project today is a small 6×6 shadowbox frame. This frame I made for myself, a photo from our wedding day, and sand from the beach we got married on. Shadow box frames can be precious keepsakes. They can also make beautiful gifts for the ones you love. Check it out, Nicole Wright Β here with a promise of spring for Tuesday with the Team!Β I wanted to create a lot of texture so why not stamp on canvas.Β I created this 5×5 card using a few of my favorite Sizzix dies including the Birch Thinlit die. I used various Sizzix dies to create the foliage including Tattered Pinecone, Layered Leaf and Tattered Leaves. I love inking up these filigree metal leaf charms from Emerald Creek Craft Supplies.Β Rangerβs Peeled Paint Distress Paint is perfect for distressing these metal charms. I created my own leaves with watercolor paper and an assortment of Ranger Distress Spray Stains peeled paint, lucky clover and twisted citron. I inked the leavesΒ with Ranger Distress Inks peeled paint, lucky clover and twisted citron right onto the canvas. The Birch die is cut onto watercolour paper where I inked and blotted with Ranger Distress Inks…
