Kelly Klapstein altered the black ribbon on this layout and then created a ribbon frame for her photo! 
She created this layout using The Oh Sew Beautiful collection from FabScraps
Along with FabScraps chipboard and pearls
To create the ribbon Kelly used May Arts Ribbon
Clearsnap pigment ink
Impression Obsession stamps
Kelly stuck all the elements on her layout down using Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L

I hadn’t thought to do this, what a great idea!
what a fab idea. I’m beginning to think the trick to ribbons is to buy plain colours and then decorate them with ink, instead of buying the pre-stamped ribbons. Thanks for the ideas.
