Hello and welcome to Creative Scrapbooker Magazineโ€™s Tuesday with the Team feature. I am Jayme Loge and I am so excited to show you what I have been up to! Starting with the Summer 2019 issue, the magazine is publishing a new ongoing article called โ€œPlanners Gonna Planโ€, researched and written by yours truly. Iโ€™ve had a lot of fun diving into the world of planners so I can share with readers and I am learning a lot of great organizational tips too! I was given the opportunity to play with some new American Crafts โ€˜Kelly Createsโ€™ products. I love the marker sets! If you know me personally, you know what a funny thing that is for me to say. I have such a love/hate relationship with coloring; I do enjoy it and find it relaxing, but I donโ€™t have the time to really invest in developing my craft and…

Happy Monday, my crafty friends! Cathy Caines here today on the Creative Scrapbooker Magazine blog with some fun ways to say Thank You, Teachers! It doesnโ€™t take long for the days to turn to weeks and the weeks to turn to months. In the Caines household, we are planning our summer schedules with mini vacations and day camps. Already I am thinking ahead to teacher and music thank you gifts. Music is ending within the next couple weeks so I was thinking I might as well create the teacher gifts at the same time. I learned a little while ago that gift cards are just as good a gift as anything else but I wanted to add a little special touch to personalize them instead of just toss a card at them. Beginning with the Stampinโ€™ Up! mini pizza boxes sizing at 3.5โ€ squared and armed with the Label Me…

Hello crafty friends! TracyMcLennon here, and today I am back up on the Creative Scrapbooker Magazine blog to share a Best Wishes Card I created featuring the Heartfelt Creations Eyelet Lace Frame dies, Clearsnap ColorBox products and Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L. I wanted to showcase just how gorgeous these frame dies were, and how you can use all the different layers in one card. Die cut the following: Using white cardstock die cut the largest frame and the smallest frame. You will be using the piece that comes out of the middle of the smallest frame. Using plum cardstock die cut the largest frame. This time you are simply using what comes out of the middle. Using gold shimmer cardstock, die cut the smallest frame. This time you are using the intricate frame. Cut a piece of gold cardstock that is just a little larger than the white die cut…

Hello Friday, so glad to see you again! Hey everyone, Kim Gowdyย  here with a quick card share for you. I donโ€™t know about you, but April and May have my calendar FULL of birthdays and anniversaries! As a paper crafter, people expect a homemade card and honestly, I feel a bit guilty if I donโ€™t step up to the plate! These birthday cards were all made using Simple Stories Beautiful Collection. When I need to make lots of cards, I tend to put away my ink and stamps and pull out collections of papers and embellishments!Because the colours and patterns in a collection are designed to play well together, itโ€™s EASY to layer paper, stickers, die cuts etc. Before you know it, a handful of cardsโ€ฆ. DONE like dinner! [Maybe dinner didnโ€™t get made because I was making cardsโ€ฆjust sayin!]I made this first card simply by layering paper and…

Hello, Connie Nichol here with an autumn themed card featuring Impression Obsession stamps along with a Tombow adhesives and Clearsnap ink. ย The DCWV burlap is a MUST HAVE! It is super easy to work with and adds a home spun feel to any project. The Project The Products This rake and leaf die set is the cutest from Impression Obsession. ย  I love that there are multiple leaf dies in this set. ย It makes it very fast to cut out a bunch of leaves in assorted fall colours. I used a Tombow glue pen to adhere the leaves and the rake to my card. ย It’s very precise and easy to use and works perfectly for tiny or intricate die cuts. The Impression Obsession stamp set is called ‘Watch the Leaves’. ย  This is also a great quote to use on fall themed scrapbook layouts.I backed the stamped sentiment with burlap…
