Hi, it’s Connie Nichol here today with a scrapbook layout I created using the November sketch from the Canadian Scrapbooker sketchy challenge Β and some of the new Creative Memories products.Β Β Β  A couple of years ago I participated in a hummingbird photography workshop in British Columbia.Β Β  It was an absolutely amazing experience and I have enough hummingbird photographs to last me several lifetimes. I used patterned paper from the Creative Memories ‘Brights’ designer paper pack and the Bubbles Border Maker to dress up my paper edges a little bit.Β  The Creative Memories Border Maker System is very unique – you slide your paper into a positioning guide where it is firmly held by a magnet and then youΒ move a punch cartridge stepwise down the paper edge.Β  The cartridges are interchangeable so you can easily swap out different cartridges for different borders. To make my picture pop, I used dimensional foam adhesive…

Hello everyone! It’s Kelly Klapstein here today. I thought for December I would change things up a bit and design a card sketch for the Sketchy Challenge, hoping that everyone would enjoy making Christmas cards. Here is my card: I used Creative Memories papers, Border Punch System and pen. With the leftover confetti bits from the border punch, I added them as ‘snowball’ embellishments. I used the Creative Memories marker to doodle on the 3 white triangle trees and to write my sentiment “let it snow.” Here are some samples of more cards that my friends made last weekend using the sketch: As you can see, the creative possibilities for this card sketch are limitless! I hope you join in the fun… because we will also be featuring many of your Christmas cards on Facebook and Instagram too! Remember to upload all your cards and layouts to the Sketchy Gallery!…

Happy Tuesday Canadian Scrapbookers! Welcome to my blog post showing a little of what is on my scrap table. I take an embarrassing number of them, but I feel like the day is just shining down on me! Maybe one day I will make a layout with a…

Hello everyone!Β  It’s Kelly Klapstein here with my layout for the October Sketchy Challenge. The Fall colour palette is so beautiful…all the golds, reds, yellows, oranges.Β  They make me so happy when designing a scrapbook layout, especially when I have some pretty photos in hand and the perfect papers to match. Here is my take on the October Sketch: These Creative Memories papers are so pretty and have a light vintage feel to them. I used my Brother ScanNCut to create this paper pieced pumpkin, along with cutting the hexagons. I hope you give this sketch a shot and upload your layout to our Sketchy Gallery! We would love to see your designs! Kelly Klapstein You can visit Kelly’s blog by clicking HERE.

Today Kelly Klapstein is sharing a really cute birthday card she designed using Creative Memories products. She used the Bright Paper Pack, which has fun, cheerful colours! This design is suitable for all ages and genders, thanks to Creative Memories! Did you know our current Submissions call for SPRING 2016 includes Birthday Cards? We would love to see what you create! Happy Tuesday everyone! I am wrapping my head around the fact that fall is upon us and summer 2015 is in the books. As always, we hit the ground running at the beginning of September with the start up of all our activities. With summer fading fast, I really enjoyed pulling out a few favourite summer memories and getting them onto scrapbook paper! I hope you enjoy them too. The first is a layout I created using a photo from summer 2014. I love the look of uncertain amazement on my daughter’s face as she realized that the dragonfly actually came to rest on her outstretched finger! It was a perfect symbol of hope and light for her as she wrestled with feelings of unsettledness about our impending move. Supplies Used: Patterned Paper, stickers: Kaisercraft; Punches: Creative Memories, Stampin’ Up!; Letters: American Crafts; Die Cuts: Heidi Swapp; Acrylic Shape: Harmonie…
