Hi, Tracy here! Today I wanted to share a quick and easy card idea using Stampin’ Up! Stamps, Ranger Archival Ink, Chameleon Pens and Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L. Project Recipe: Stampin’ Up! – Falling Flowers Stamp Set- Β Flourishing Phrases Stamp Set (Sentiment) – Cardstock- white and black Ranger- Tim Holtz Distress Archival Ink- Soot Black – Stickles- Yellow Chameleon Pens – YO3, YG3, RD4, BG4, PR4 Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L- EZ Runner Grand, Black 3D Foam Squares I started with a piece of white cardstock that was 3.75×5. Using my Ranger Archival ink I stamped the Stampin’ Up! flowers and leaves along the top and bottom of the cardstock. This stamp set is perfect for trying Chameleon markers for the first time. The lines of the images are a little thicker, providing a little more forgiveness when colouring. Once my images were coloured I added my sentiment. I picked nice…
May All Your Dreams Come True Card with Katelyn Grosart Hey Creative Scrapbooker Fans! Today I thought that I would share with you a theme of card that doesnβt get made or sent a lot.Β Sending a card for someone who has accomplished a dream of theirs is uncommon, but why not send a card to congratulate them for achieving it. Using the Winter Wishes Collection fromΒ Bo Bunny, a variety of dies fromΒ Elizabeth Craft Designs and pairing them up with a variety of products fromΒ Ranger Ink, I was able to create this beautiful βMay All Your Dreams Come Trueβ card. Youβll want to make sure to grab a cup of your favourite beverage as I will show you how to recreate this project in the comforts of your own home. Using the Bunch of Flowers 3 die set from Elizabeth Craft Designs, die cut five of the small flowers, five…
Wouldn’t we all like one of these sitting on the table. What a pretty specimen this would make. Today I am sharing a tutorial forΒ SizzixΒ using theΒ Flower Garden and Mini Bouquet. Β You can get the Framelits to go with theΒ Mini BouquetΒ andΒ Flower GardenΒ Stamps. Β No fussy cutting! Β Well I was going through my “Library” of dies looking for theΒ ApothecaryΒ die and I found theΒ Bell Jar w/PedestalΒ first…so it wins! The best part about these stamps… no cutting! Β Stamp and line up the Framelit. Β Every flower needs a butterfly and theΒ Butterfly Duo w/Texture FadeΒ is exceptional. TheΒ Magrnetic PlatformΒ is essential for the Framelits and Thinlits. Β It helps to use a little washi to hold the famelits in place so it won’t shift. Β Plastic packaging is perfect for the Bell Jar glass portion. I used the new Mixed Media #8 Distress Tags with theΒ Flourish Texture Fade. Β Once the tag is embossed I covered the tag with gesso. Β While that…
Way up on the Mountain – Featuring BoBunny – Take a Hike By Kerry Engel Creative blocks? Do you every get them? Sometimes I move the photos around for days. They sit on the counter and everyday I come in and move them around until something jumps out for me. With this set of pictures my first impulse was my go-to βgrid layoutβ. This layout sat on my counter for a few days, it felt sort of boring, it didnβt get my mojo going. That goofy selfie photo made me laugh and I felt like it should be the dominant photo on the page. I also wanted more white space. Something that is hard to do with a set of photos that filled their frames. I also wanted to create some movement, this is when I decided on this layout. After I figured out how I wanted to position my…

Hey Creative Scrapbooker Fans! Valentineβs Day is right around the corner and although I donβt normally create a lot of projects for Valentineβs Day, I wanted to create a few special cards for those special people in my life. Using the Butterfly Kisses Collection from Bo Bunny, some chipboard pieces from Southern Ridge Trading Company and pairing them up with new quarry stones and embossing powder from Emerald Creek Craft Supplies as well as a variety of products from Ranger Ink, I was able to create this beautiful vintage βLoveβ card. Make sure to grab a cup of your favourite beverage as I show you how to create the elements on my card as well as inspire you to recreate this project in the comforts of your own home. From Bo Bunnyβs Butterfly Kisses – Peaceful paper, cut a piece that measures 5 ΒΎβ x 5 ΒΎβ. Once the piece…
Hello Creative Scrapbookers! Itβs Jayme here with a rare occurrence. I created a masculine layout. As the mother to a daughter, I donβt get the opportunity very often. I do scrapbook my husband, of course, but he is usually photographed with me or my daughter. Feminine layouts are certainly my comfort zone. Thank goodness for nephews! They add color and they get me out of my scrapbooking box! Here is the result- I hope you like it as much as I did. Supplies used- Patterned paper, stickers: Bella Blvd – Chipboard: Blue Fern Studios – Stencil: Magenta For the final touches I added some Ranger Dylusions paint! I originally thought I would be serious about adding color to the background in an orderly fashion. Then I realized, I am a Jayme, and who am I going to kid with antics like that? Let the messy play begin! So, it was…
Feeling Rusty by Kerry Engel This page looks like it should weigh about 3 pounds. But it doesnβt. Those gears – they are totally fake. What would take nature about 5 years to accomplish I created in roughly 20 minutes, with a little help from Pentart Rust Effects distributed by Bo Bunny The gears were cut using a Tim Holtz die cut from Sizzix. I covered them in Ranger black gesso and pressed the Rust Effect powder distributed by Bo Bunny into the wet gesso. Then I added the Rust Effect Reagent from Pentart distributed by Bo Bunny on top and brushed it around with an old paintbrush.Β Once dry I covered in the Pentart Varnish. I thought that would seal in the rust shavings. The gears remain pliable and very light weight. They look very realistic and give my page some lovely texture. Β I think Iβll do this on…
Hi, Connie Nichol here today with a bright and cheerful scrapbook page featuring Close to my Heart products. My kids and I travelled to Germany last summer with friends and had the best time. Β And took a lot of pictures. Β Ha! Β You’ll be seeing a of them as I slowly get them scrapbooked. This layout started with the Happy thin cuts die from CTMH. I coloured the die cut with Chameleon alcohol ink markers and then added three coats of Ranger clear embossing powder to make the words glossy and dimensional. Β You can see how to do this step by step in the Creative Scrapbooker Technique Taster’s Web Show #105 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5NnLYeAYb6A&t=6s It’s easy to do and looks very cool. I used patterned paper from the Close To My Heart Adventure Fundamentals line – so bright and colourful – and coordinating die cuts from the Good Life Fundamentals packet. Β Β …
