Here it is Friday again, why do they come around so fast in the summer? Hopefully our readers who have been on flood watch in Manitoba or weathered through Hurricane Arthur in the Maritimes are soon back to “routine as usual”. HELLO CANADA! Hope everyone had a fantastic Canada Day and first full week of summer holidays with the kids home from school! I had a great, “short” work week but must say having a holiday on a Tuesday played havoc with my brain. All week I seemed to have lost a day. I missed two appointments thinking they were the “next” day and here I am LATE with WHERE YOU CREATE! …oiy vey! I am sticking with the saying…”better late than never”! Last week found my life crazy busy with no time to get you a craft space to peek into. So sorry to those who check in every week to see who’s creative space we are sharing! This week however we have a great before/after version of a craft room shared by Kim Veveers. We are lucky that she took pictures at both ends of her renovation so we can see all she has done! According to the calendar, Spring HAS arrived! Many of us across Canada would beg to differ! We look out our windows and the sun and longer days tell us it has arrived; but the snow, cold temperatures and winter clothes tell us a different story! Hang in; I am confident it will come. Well we are back again to Where You Create after missing last week! Five of us from Canadian Scrapbooker Magazine were fortunate enough to share an amazing weekend [last week] scrapbooking in Trochu, Alberta with some friends. It was a wonderful time filled with lots of laughs and our hosts at the St. Ann Ranch get 6 out of 5 stars! So while we were having so much fun, I missed sharing a creative space with you!
